Concrete and custom builds for homes and businesses across the greater Seattle area
Driveways, patios and outdoor kitchens on the residential side. Sidewalks, curbs, ramps, slabs and foundations on the commercial side. Quoted, poured and finished by the same crew, and built for wet Pacific Northwest winters.
About Us
OG Contracting is a second-generation, family-owned general contractor based in Federal Way, serving the greater Seattle–Tacoma area. Omar Garcia took the company over from his father, Omar L. Garcia, who ran OG Construction and still works alongside the crew today. We handle concrete, carpentry, landscape and hardscape, structural steel, and custom builds. We work both sides of the trade: private homes and estates, and commercial sites where the pour has to be sequenced around a building that stays open. Omar runs every job personally from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. Licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State (#OGCONCI799MM). Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers.
Our Services

Concrete Work
Driveways, patios, sidewalks, curbs, slabs and foundations for homes and commercial sites. Stamped, stained, broom and exposed aggregate finishes. We do the base prep, reinforcement and control joints right, and that is what decides whether concrete lasts five years or thirty.

Carpentry
Framing, decks, pergolas, covered patios, trim and finish carpentry, custom cabinetry and structural repairs. Built plumb, square and to code, with materials chosen to hold up in wet Washington winters.

Landscape
Paver patios and walkways, retaining walls, grading and drainage, irrigation, planting and full outdoor living spaces. We solve the drainage problem first, because in this climate that is what keeps a patio from heaving and a yard from flooding.
-

Steel Work
In-house fabrication and installation of structural steel, railings, gates, posts, beams and custom metalwork. Cut, welded and finished to your drawings or ours, then installed by the same crew that built it.

Custom Work
Outdoor kitchens, fire features, water features, built-in seating and one-off builds that do not fit a standard category. Bring us a sketch, a photo or just an idea, and we will tell you what it takes to build it and what it costs.

Commercial & Site Work
Sidewalk, curb and ADA ramp flatwork, slabs and foundations, loading and service areas, retaining and screen walls. Sequenced and barricaded so your building stays open and the public stays safe while we pour.
