Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.

We use the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the website to function, including page navigation, form submission, and security. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics cookies. Help us understand which pages visitors use so we can improve the site.
  • Functional cookies. Support site features and remember your preferences.

You can control cookies through the consent banner shown when you first visit, and through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.

Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose personal information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run our business and our website — our website platform (Squarespace), email provider, analytics provider (Google Analytics), payment processor, and accounting software. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Subcontractors and suppliers. When performing your project, we may share your name, service address, and relevant project details with subcontractors, material suppliers, or equipment vendors involved in the work.
  • Insurance carriers and adjusters. If your project involves an insurance claim, we share documentation, photographs, scope of work, and estimates with the carrier, adjuster, or public adjuster involved in that claim.
  • Professional advisors. Our attorney, accountant, bonding company, or insurer where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect our legal rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfer. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

  • Quote requests that do not become jobs: approximately 2 years.
  • Completed project records, contracts, and invoices: at least 6 years, to satisfy Washington construction statute of limitations and repose periods, warranty obligations, and tax recordkeeping requirements.
  • Website analytics data: as retained by our platform provider, typically no more than 26 months.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted website transmission (HTTPS), access controls on our business accounts, and limiting employee access to information needed to do their jobs.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
