These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at ogcontract.com, operated by OG Contracting Inc. ("OG Contracting," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply to your use of the website only. Work we perform for you is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a contract for construction services.

2. About Our Business

OG Contracting Inc. is a family-owned general contracting company registered with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries under contractor registration number OGCONCI799MM. We are licensed, bonded, and insured as required by Washington law, and we serve the greater Seattle–Tacoma area from our base in Federal Way.

You may verify our license status at any time through the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries contractor verification tool at lni.wa.gov.

3. Website Content Is Informational Only

The descriptions, photographs, and project examples on this website are provided for general information. They are not an offer, a bid, a warranty, or a guarantee of any particular result, price, timeline, or material.

Every project is different. Actual scope, materials, pricing, and schedule are determined only after a site visit and are set out in a written proposal and signed contract.

Project photographs represent work we have completed. Site conditions, materials, and finishes vary. Results on your property may differ.

4. Quote Requests and Communications

Submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or messaging us through this website does not create a contract, does not reserve a place on our schedule, and does not obligate either party to proceed.

When you submit a request you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at the property identified.

We aim to respond to inquiries promptly but do not guarantee a response time. Estimates we provide are valid for the period stated in the estimate and are subject to site inspection, material availability, and market pricing.

5. Construction Services Are Governed by a Separate Contract

Any work we perform is governed exclusively by a written contract signed by both parties, which will address scope of work, price and payment schedule, timeline, change orders, permits, materials and allowances, warranty terms, lien rights and notices required under Washington law, and dispute resolution.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed construction contract, the signed contract controls for matters relating to the work.

6. Permits, Codes, and Property Owner Responsibilities

Where a project requires permits, our contract will specify which party is responsible for obtaining them. Property owners are responsible for providing accurate information about property lines, easements, HOA requirements, and known subsurface conditions including utilities, septic systems, and irrigation lines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, photographs, project images, graphics, logos, and the OG Contracting name and marks — is owned by OG Contracting Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use our content or photographs for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to transmit false or misleading information, submit requests on behalf of a property you have no authority over, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data by automated means, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
