Foundations
- Formed and braced footings and stem walls across the full footprint of both buildings
- Foundation concrete placed by boom pump to reach the interior of the layout
- Slab on grade over compacted base and rebar mesh, with stub-ups and sleeves set before the pour
- Pours carried into the night under lights when the weather window called for it
Structure and exterior
- Framing on both buildings, including two-story walls and gable ends set with a boom lift
- Sheathing, weather barrier, windows and doors
- Lap siding, board and batten, trim and a stone base course
- Timber post entry with a covered canopy
Finish
- Storefront glazing set and flashed
- Landscaped entry with river rock borders and planting beds
