About This Project

A multi-phase property in Pierce County that covers most of what we do: large-scale hardscape and planting on the residential side, and structural work on a new commercial building on the same site.

What we built

• Curved paver terraces and walkways laid out around a central fire pit, with radius cuts and contrasting border courses
• Raised planting beds with boulder placement, ornamental grasses, Japanese maples and conifers
• Low-voltage landscape lighting through the beds, walkways and seating areas
• Grading and lawn restoration around the finished hardscape
• New commercial structure: concrete flatwork, stone-veneer base, board-and-batten siding, and a covered outdoor room with a cedar ceiling and a full glass wall opening to the patio
• Residential side-yard work: cedar gate and horizontal slat fencing, stepping-stone path, and river rock drainage beds
