About This Project

The largest landscape build in our portfolio, and the one that shows the range of trades we keep in-house. Concrete, masonry, steel fabrication, carpentry, water features and lighting were all part of the same project.

What we built

• Covered outdoor pavilion with stone-veneer columns, a finished cedar ceiling, recessed lighting, built-in television and lounge seating
• Flagstone terraces and bluestone paths tying the pavilion, pool and fire features together
• Curved cast-in-place concrete seat wall wrapped around gas fire tables
• Weathering-steel (Corten) planters and retaining walls, fabricated and installed in-house
• Multiple water features: a stacked-stone reflecting basin with a black granite cap, a poured-concrete water wall, and basalt column fountains at the pool
• Pool surround with integrated lighting, plus a tiered fountain and outdoor fireplace
• Floating concrete stair treads with concealed LED strip lighting
• Dry-creek rockery with placed boulders and drought-tolerant planting
• Steel pergolas and a full low-voltage lighting design across the property
